g flax seed (ground)
150g water
250g dark chocolate
250g phase
333g caster sugar
1 tsp salt
150g Doves Farm Freee plain gluten free flour
½ tsp xanthan gum
Mix flax see and water and leave to stand until thick (5 mins)
Whisk sugars with flax and salt until pale
Melt together phase & chocolate
Mix in chocolate
Mix in flour and xanthan gum
Bake in a lined tray (½ gastro) at 140 until just set (approx. 25 minutes)
